Lunar Living

"It's a New Moon on Saturday (13th March). Is Lunar Living a ridiculous idea? I have been journaling now for over two decades and like washing and showering I would definitely encourage it. Check out Julia Cameron and her wonderful Classic ‘The Artists Way’. 

Julia B. Cameron is an American teacher, author, artist, poet, playwright, novelist, filmmaker, pigeon fancier, composer, and journalist. She is probably best known for her book The Artist's Way. She has written short stories, essays, as well as novels, plays, musicals, and screenplays. She was also married to Martin Scorsese back in the 1970’s and is best friends with Steven Spielberg. She really is a Star or an Angel or both no doubt. Well I think so.

However this is not about Julia this is about another wonderful lady Kirsty Gallagher. Last Thursday (4th March) I stumbled across a wonderful conversation between Chris Evans and Kirsty on his Virgin Radio breakfast show. I sincerely recommend you give it a listen. Its around 09.15 and only 10 minutes or so. I have been listening to Chris for most of his career and taking up on his recommendations since he was broadcasting on BBC Radio 2.
