It integrates Transactional Analysis, Game Theory, Mindfulness and Behavioural Science into one single, scalable framework for wellbeing, leadership, and community design.

MINDSET is a model of identity reconstruction that teaches veterans to shift from finite conditioning to infinite autonomy by grounding themselves in the Adult ego state — the only psychological space where lasting re-decision and transformational change is possible.

Child ego state feels our past emotions. Parent ego state considers the future tempered with duty and conditioning. In Adult in the present moment we have alignment, awareness and , re-decision.
The eclipse is the moment where past, future and present align. Where identity can be rewritten.
